Replacement / Return / Cancellation Policy
- How do I get the defective product, purchased through sportsnlife.com, replaced?
sportsnlife.com offers 30 days replacement guarantee on all its products. There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, please inform us about the damage/defect within 24 hours from the time of delivery by sending an e-mail to care@sportsnlife.com. We will replace the product immediately. Please ensure that the product is returned in the same state as you received it along with the original packing and all the accessories.
- What is the return policy of sportsnlife.com?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from sportsnlife.com, you can return the product to us. We offer a ‘no question asked’ return policy valid for 30 days from the date of your purchase. In such circumstances, please inform us about the return within 24 hours from the time of delivery by sending an e-mail to care@sportsnlife.com. The refund will be processed within 7 days. Typically, it takes about 2 weeks after processing; to get the refund credited in your account (depends on the bank). The refunds of ‘Cash of Delivery’ will be made through cheque in the name of the customer. The cheque will be sent to the registered address of the customer. If you do not hold a bank account, please provide yourparents/guardian/friend’s bank account details along with an authorization letter so we can draw a cheque in their favour, as instructed by you. This policy is not applicable for any heavy equipments including but not limited to table tennis tables, fitness equipments, on court equipments, pool/billiards table etc.
Conditions for return:
1. Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 24 hours of delivery.
2. Products/Items should be UNUSED.
3. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
4. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
Refunds:
We will process the refund after receipt of the product by sportsnlife.com. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order
1. Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 10 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
2. Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.
3. For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favor of the name as in the "billing name" provided at the time of placing the order.
- How do I cancel my order on sportsnlife.com?
For outright cancellations by you:
If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:
1. If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.
2. If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. Please refer to the 15 Day Replacement policy above.
